[Summary-Talk] footer buttons: save as, config, etc.

Is it possible to remove (or change) the footer icons for Save Page as 
Text, Save Report as XLS, Configure, etc.

These seemed to have crept back in at some point; they used to be gone 
for me. I am using a custom footer, but these show up in the Page List 
footer bar, on the right hand side.

I have them defined elsewhere, and don't need them in the footer as well.
