[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: [Summary-Talk] Starting date
There are a couple of things that might be happening. First check the Time configuration page and make sure you don't have any value entered for "Start processing on (MM/DD/YY)" and "Number of days to include (0 means all)" is 0. If you have Summary SP Lite or SP you also need to check the sub-report Time configuration page. If that doesn't show anything take a look at the General : Log Files report and make sure that the old logs are getting read and that the start and end dates for the log file are what you would expect. While you are looking at the Log Files report check to see if the oldest log file is showing a high number of Filtered. "Ignore known and likely robots" can filter out all log entries that don't have agent strings. Also take a look at the Log Details report and look at Not in any Report. A high number in that column suggests a sub-report configuration problem. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
