This is a bug in Summary. It will be fixed in the next release. It does
have to do with report disables, there is one report missing for each
disabled report, just not the one that is disabled. The only work around
I can think of would be to enable the disabled sub-reports and then
everything will appear on the popup menu. Of course you would need to
remember to disable the sub-reports again.
