You can almost always configure the server to log regular requests and SSL requests to different log files. Then you can use method four, <http://summary.net/manual/virtualdomains.html#method4>, to configure sub-reports to include one kind of request or the other or both. Summary doesn't normally read the s-port log field. You can configure a special user defined log format to get it to read that field, but it is normally simpler to use the approach I suggested above.
