After much testing, the culprit seems to be the "Ignore known and likely robots" on the filtering page...when I remove that filter everything works as expected. It seems I did not use that filter on the previous reports and I should have. Now the obvious question is why does that filter cause such havoc? Is there an alternate way to try to screen out the same information? Is there something in the way the server collects information? -- Ron On May 10, 2004, at 6:33 PM, Ron Charles wrote: > Sorry about not reading the correct report...Looking at the correct > Log File report, all logs are accounted for, there are no parse errors > for 2003, there are several for 2004 but nothing major > > I removed all Filters and ran the report...same thing > I removed the Time parameters...same thing, I cannot get any > information from 2003 and I have used those logs before... > Is there a plist file to remove...a reinstall of Summary > Thanks again for the help ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
