No. Why would you want to? Incremental only looks at new log entries, so 
it is very nearly the same amount of effort either way.

Sort of. "Incremental every hour, regular on schedule" will reset the 
database each scheduled processing run, resetting the start date. The 
hourly incremental passes will add information to that.
